Thank you for your interest in volunteering to coach.  Pennsylvania State Law requires volunteers working with children to complete the below clearances.

Please email the clearances to our Registrar prior to the first practice.  If you already have these clearances and they are current, please send a copy of that, you do not need to reapply.

All coaches need to be cleared to work with the children and part of the EPYSA risk management efforts.

Coaching Clearances in GotSport

All coaches need to be cleared to work with the children and part of the EPYSA risk management efforts.

  • Log into GotSport.

  • Click the Profile icon at the top right of the screen.

  • In the dropdown select Profile.

  • View your Dashboard.

  • On the Dashboard you see Requirements.

  • From the Requirements section you can see the clearances that are required for that season.

  • Click Details next to each clearance to get guidance on completing it.
